Job description:

. Responsibilities

· Recruitment and Selection – Posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in hiring suitable candidates.

· Employee Onboarding – Conducting induction and orientation programs for new employees.

· Attendance and Leave Management – Maintaining attendance records and processing leave requests.

· Payroll Support – Coordinating salary processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

· Employee Relations – Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

· Training and Development – Identifying training needs and coordinating employee learning programs.

Performance Management – Assisting in performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
HR Documentation and Compliance – Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Policy Implementation – Communicating and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
Exit Process – Conducting exit interviews, processing resignations, and completing full-and-final settlement documentation.
