Transactional / Routine Responsibilities (25% KRA)
• On a day to day basis, monitor expenses and maintain project wise accounts data.
• Classify the expenses under appropriate heads as per the terms of the grant or project budget.
• Verify employee / consultants / vendors’ or any other party’s claims and approve/reject based on guidelines provided
• Responsible for Maker’s role to ensure all payments are checked before crediting.

Monthly Responsibilities (25% KRA):
• Generate Payroll and provision consultant payments
• Complete TDS, EPFO and PT deductions and deposit by 7th, 15th and 20th respectively for each month.
• Coordinate with auditors or external consultants to ensure all statutory dues are cleared on time.
• Generate Monthly unaudited UC by the 10th of each month for the previous month
Critical responsibilities (50% KRA)
• Short term projects: Generate audited donor wise UC within 25 days of the closure of project
• Generate Annual audited UC for long term projects by May 15th of each year
• Generate 10B, 12A/AB and 80G documents from time to time as applicable
• Coordinate with the auditor to prepare audited financials and file ITR on time
• File all relevant documentation with the respective statutory bodies

• Compliance with the key points in the new Labour Code
