Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and compassionate Telecaller & Education Counsellor who can communicate effectively with students, parents, guardians, educational institutions, and project stakeholders. The candidate will provide accurate information about educational programs, career opportunities, scholarships, admissions, NGO initiatives, and other organizational projects while maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
- Guide students and parents regarding educational courses and career opportunities.
- Explain scholarship programs, admissions, training programs, and NGO initiatives.
- Invite parents and students for counselling sessions and seminars.
- Follow up with prospective students and guardians.
- Communicate with clients, institutions, and project partners regarding ongoing projects.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and telephone communication professionally.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Support awareness campaigns, outreach activities, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Achieve assigned communication and follow-up targets while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet applications.
- Ability to understand educational programs and explain them clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Telecalling or counselling experience.
- Knowledge of education, admissions, scholarships, and career guidance.
- CRM or Excel data management.
- Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

12,000 – 18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) + Performance based Incentives.
