Key functions:
The District Resource Person -DRP- Program will be responsible for implementation of the programme under the guidance of the Project Director.

Required Qualifications

-•Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, Health Management, Sociology or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet applications.
- Ability to understand educational programs and explain them clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Willingness to travel extensively within Jaunpur District
One year Experience in HIV Project , Or 2 Years Experience in Social Sector / NGO Project

Roles and Responsibility-
Over all responsibility of the programme in the district.
Supervise works delegated to other member of the team and mentor them.
Facilitate recruitment of staffs as per the Guidelines in case of vacancies.
Development of district implementation plan ensure approval by competent
authorities.
Monitor the implementation of district plan and submit progress reports as
per requirement.
Ensure training of all staffs when they join and training by STRC.
Make field visits, meet and coordinate with stakeholders at district and block
level to address issues related to implementation of the scheme.
Support SACS/DAPCU in implementing various activities such as Condom
Programme,
Folk Media Activities, Mass Media campaigns, Health camps etc.
Work with various government departments ensuring that the target groups
are enrolled, receiving necessary services if they are eligible.
Play key role in advocacy at all levels against stigma and discrimination.
Compile reports and ensure analysis by M&E assistant for programmatic
gaps.
Submit programme and financial reports on time to SACS/TSU/DAPCU or
any other agency.
Salary- 21,000 TA-2000/- Mobile Expenses-550/ pm Total-23,550/ Pm
