We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate teacher (for grade 6 to 10) to join our team and help children build strong academic foundations, confidence, and life skills.

We strongly encourage people who can teach from grade 6 to grade 10. Primary teachers are requested to not to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects as per the curriculum (Language: Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science or others as required) from grade 6 to grade10th students.
• Develop an Annual/Monthly/Daily planner for an academic year.
• Develop creative and inclusive lesson plans that suit diverse learning levels.
• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and performance assessments.
• Conduct interactive sessions, group activities, and remedial classes.
• Work closely with the NGO’s education and community teams to identify learning needs.
• Engage with parents and community members to encourage children’s regular attendance.
• Children counselling and motivate
• Home visits (as per requirement)
• Schools visits (as per requirement)
• Contribute to educational events, campaigns, and awareness activities.
• Contribute to organisational events
• Any other task assigned by Project Manager/organisation.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred, B.Sc in Mathematics).
• Prior experience in teaching and working with children in low-income communities is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for social change.
