Job Title: Programme Coordinator – Digital Training
Project: NSDC Skill Training Programme
Location: Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Manglaur (Uttar Pradesh)
Salary: 25,000 per month
Resident of Shamli District are preffred

Role Overview-
We are seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to manage and oversee digital training initiatives under the NSDC Skill Training Programme. The candidate will be responsible for field mobilization, stakeholder liaison, and effective monitoring of training activities across assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities-:
Coordinate and supervise digital training programs in Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, and Manglaur.
Lead field mobilization efforts and ensure smooth candidate enrollment.
Liaise with government agencies, SRLM, and institutional partners.
Track training progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Provide on-ground support and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA, MCA, or Graduate with 5–7 years of field experience in training or SRLM projects.
Proven expertise in field mobilization and liaison activities.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the skill development or training sector.
Must own a personal vehicle for field visits and program tracking.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
