PROGRAM OFFICER - MEDICAL (Consultant)

Location: FPA India Head Quarters, Mumbai
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from health sector. Preferably Medical background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Medical Department Head in running the department activities smoothly.
- Get acquainted with the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Organize, conduct and extend support in organizing and conducting the medical workshops/ meetings/ trainings and conference.
- Support in report writing and maintaining reports on periodical basis.
- Support in writing technical guidelines, proposals, pamphlets, visual aide, booklets other training aids and medical publications.
- Support in implementation of medical department activities.
- Conduct monitoring visits to FPA India clinics for audits (including compiling reports, suggesting changes and follow up of compliance).
- Liaise with other departments at the Headquarters and provide technical help as and when required.
- Attend conferences/meetings/seminars/webinars as per the requirement of the department.
- Maintain department correspondence records (hard & soft copies)/Communication and coordinating with the other Departments and Branch/Project offices.
- Maintain programmatic financial records and prepare reports at regular intervals as per the donor & Project wise.
- To facilitate procurement, storage and dispatch of commodities at Headquarters and guide branches as required.
- Carry out any other related work assigned by Department Head/Management from time to time depending on the exigencies of the work of the Association.
