Are you passionate about empowering rural women and fostering positive change in your community?
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre In-Charge to lead our vocational skill training program for rural women and youth in Doddaballapur near Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact by providing women with the skills and confidence they need to achieve financial independence and improve their livelihoods.

About the Role:
As the Centre In-Charge, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the training centre. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Skills identification: Identification of appropriate short-term trainings suitable for rural women
• Program Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and program delivery.
• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality instruction and a supportive learning environment.
• Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with local community leaders, self-help groups, and beneficiaries to ensure the program meets the needs of the community.
• Student Support: Providing guidance and support to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and successfully complete the program.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records, preparing progress reports, and managing the centre’s budget.
• Placement & Livelihood Support: Collaborating with local businesses and organizations to facilitate job placements or entrepreneurship opportunities for graduates.

What We Are Looking For:
• A Masters / Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in managing a community development project, training centre, or similar program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the challenges faced by rural women and a genuine desire to empower them.
• Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
