Kisan Community Radio, Basti is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Radio Station Manager to oversee daily operations and community outreach. The selected candidate will manage digital content, coordinate radio programming, and handle administrative duties. A key responsibility includes traveling to rural areas, interacting with local farmers and communities, and conducting impactful on-field interviews to bring grassroots stories to the mainstream.

- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of active working experience in the social sector or NGO environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in computer operations and social media management.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in both Hindi and English.
- Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel to villages for conducting field interviews.
- Remuneration: Fixed monthly honorarium of 20,000/-.
