Location: FIND’s office in New Delhi
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days WFH per week)
Position Summary
The HR Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function by assisting with recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR operations. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality, ensure process compliance, and contribute to delivering an efficient employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare assessment sheet, document verification including ref check and candidate communications.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
- Maintain employee files and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Facilitate system access and employee setup.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Peopleweek) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records and timesheet.
- Support exit formalities and offboarding processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR/Business or equivalent qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment coordination and HR documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll support and employee lifecycle processes will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferred);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nature of Appointment:
This is a full-time position with an initial contract term until 31 March 2027, renewable subject to project needs, performance, and donor approval.
