1. Resident Care & Welfare :
Ensure the physical, emotional, psychological, and social well-being of all residents.
Develop individualized care plans in coordination with medical professionals.
Monitor residents' health, nutrition, hygiene, and recreational activities. Address residents' concerns and resolve grievances promptly.
Promote a safe, respectful, and homely environment.
2. Operations Management
Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the residential facility.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and safety of the premises.
Oversee food preparation, housekeeping, laundry, security, and transportation services.
Maintain adequate inventories of medicines, groceries, and other essential supplies.
3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate caregivers and support staff.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Conduct regular staff meetings and capacity-building sessions.
Foster teamwork and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
4. Medical Coordination
Coordinate regular health check-ups and emergency medical care.
Liaise with doctors, hospitals, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers.
Ensure proper administration and documentation of medications.
Maintain confidential medical records for all residents.
5. Financial & Administrative Management
Prepare and monitor the project's operational budget.
Maintain records of expenditures and petty cash.
Ensure proper documentation of admissions, resident files, staff records, and statutory registers.
Submit periodic operational and financial reports to management.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and organizational policies.
Implement safeguarding measures for elderly residents.
Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency preparedness drills.
Maintain high standards of service quality and continuous improvement.
7. Community & Family Relations
Build positive relationships with residents' families and guardians.
Organize cultural, recreational, educational, and spiritual activities.
Coordinate volunteer engagement and community participation.
Represent the organization during visits by donors, government officials, and CSR partners.
8. Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
Monitor key performance indicators related to resident care and facility management.
Document success stories, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
