AyurGyan Nyas (AGN) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2014 with the blessings of His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama. AGN is dedicated to promoting Social and Emotional
Learning (SEL) and Ethics Education through innovative, contextually relevant educational programmes.
The organization has developed a curriculum that integrates the principles of SEL with ethical and moral values. We design and deliver customized, activity-based curricula and
workshops for schools, higher educational institutions, marginalized communities, and professional organizations across India.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the social, emotional, and ethical competencies needed to become compassionate, responsible, and conscientious members of society.
We are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and are passionate about strengthening education and
community development.

Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1. Designing and developing content and learning resources for both online and offline audiences on social, emotional and ethical learning.
2. Creating innovative activities and learning experiences that can be effectively facilitated in classroom, vulnerable community, and digital settings.
3. Supporting organizational development initiatives, including strategy, programme verticals, and internal processes.
4. Undertaking field visits for training and monitoring to project locations as required.
5. Planning and facilitating training programmes, workshops, and capacity-building sessions.
6. Coordinating with project stakeholders, partner organizations, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
7. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement programme processes.
8. Developing qualitative and quantitative tools, analyse data and make high-quality reports within stipulated timelines and incorporating feedback as required for school
and community-based projects.
9. Coordinating with the Project Assistant for data entry and data management
10. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, concept notes, budgets, and CSR funding applications.
11. Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the General Secretary, AGN.

Essential Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
* Willingness to travel extensively, including to remote and hilly project locations.
* A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Buddhist Philosophy, Education, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English, and Hindi (Knowledge of Tibetan will be an added advantage.)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Canva
* A genuine passion for working with children and communities.

Desired Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should have:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, complemented by excellent training abilities.
* Strong interpersonal abilities and a proven capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
* Demonstrates a proactive mindset, effective problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to lead with initiative.

Remuneration
35,000 per month (non-negotiable).
