Project Location: Bahraich Urban.
Society for Health Care invites applications from committed and motivated professionals to join Ek Pahal, a project aimed at improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes through health system strengthening, community engagement, capacity building, and effective coordination with government health systems.

Positions Available

Cluster Coordinators 02 Position at Bahraich Urban.
Monthly Salary: 15,000/-
Travel Reimbursement: Up to 3,000/- per month (as per project norms)

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and support the implementation of maternal and neonatal health interventions at the district and block levels.
•Work closely with block and village health officials, frontline health workers, and other stakeholders.
•Facilitate trainings, review meetings, field monitoring, and supportive supervision.
•Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and monitoring of project activities.
•Support data collection, analysis, and utilization of evidence for programme improvement.
•Strengthen community engagement and linkages with the public health system.

Eligibility
#Candidates who are 12th pass with two years of experience in the health sector may also be considered.
# Candidates who are Bachelor's degree with one years of experience in the health sector may also be considered.

Preferred-
•Experience of working with health Sector.
•Only female candidates can apply for this post.
•Knowledge of the local language.
