LIBRARIAN
Comprehensive School Improvement Program
Salary: Rs. 17,000–19,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
Location: Assigned APSWREIS School

Position Purpose
The Librarian will support the establishment of a vibrant reading culture within the school by ensuring the effective functioning of the library and organizing reading-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Library Management
Maintain library books, catalogues, and issue registers.
Ensure proper organization and upkeep of the library.
Support procurement and display of books, newspapers, and magazines.
Student Reading Programs
Conduct regular library periods and reading sessions.
Organize Book Clubs, Reading Challenges, and Storytelling Activities.
Encourage student participation in reading-related competitions.
Monitoring & Documentation
Maintain records of book circulation and library usage.
Track student participation and reading habits.
Submit monthly library activity reports.
School Engagement
Work closely with teachers to promote reading across subjects.
Support school-level literary events and competitions.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Library Science preferred.
Good communication skills in Telugu.
Experience working with children preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong interest in books and reading promotion.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
