Yug Sanskriti Nyas is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
* Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
* Ensure statutory compliance, including TDS, GST (where applicable), and Income Tax requirements
* Handle audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
* Monitor fund utilization, grants, and donor reporting
* Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with NGO accounting standards
* Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial planning
Requirements:
Requirements:
* CMA or M.Com qualification is mandatory.
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
* Prior experience in NGO accounting will be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy.
