Executive - MIS

•Well verse & ensure complete adherence to project SOPs and guidelines, processes
•Flag and rectify deviations (if any) from SOP with necessary redressal mechanisms.
•Coordinate with team & various verticals about outreach & target (Biweekly & Monthly basis)
•Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
•Explore and visualize datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
•Provide training and support to users on data analysis tools (excels) and techniques.
•Communicate findings and insights through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
•Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through quality assurance processes.
•Maintaining TAT for all data reports sent to internal & external stakeholders
•Conducting sample data check on RBI portal as well as internal MIS software
•Periodically monitor field activities, processes including field visits and ensure mid-course corrections.
•Weekly co-ordination with CFL team members to ensure smooth data gathering
•Capture key lessons, document best practices and successful case stories from the field on continuous basis.
•Stay up to date on the latest software and technology trends to suggest improvements and enhancements for the MIS
