Educational Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
* Experience in Community Mobilization, Rural Development, NGO projects, Surveys, Skill Development or Livelihood Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Mobilize candidates for skill training programmes.
* Conduct village visits and awareness campaigns.
* Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, institutions and local stakeholders.
* Monitor training centres and maintain field records.
* Assist in placement and post-training follow-up.
* Prepare daily field reports and documentation.
* Support programme implementation across the district.
Essential Skills
* Excellent public interaction skills.
* Good communication and motivational ability.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to travel extensively.
Mandatory Requirements
* Own two-wheeler.
* Valid driving licence.
* Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
* Women candidates having their own scooty and driving licence are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Maximum Age ;30 Years as on 20 August 2026
