DVF is a community-focused not-for-profit organisation working to improve health, education, community well-being and social resilience through evidence-informed programmes, partnerships and community engagement. Working primarily in and around IMT Manesar, DVF collaborates with schools, industries, village institutions and community volunteers to improve community health and strengthen local communities.
DVF invites applications from dynamic, compassionate and community-oriented female professionals who are passionate about community development and public service.
The position combines community outreach, programme coordination and front desk responsibilities. Regular field visits to villages, schools, industries and community settings form an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Partnerships
• Build and strengthen relationships with villages, migrant worker communities, schools, industries, Panchayats, RWAs and other stakeholders.
• Identify communities where long-term DVF initiatives may be developed.
• Plan and coordinate DVF Chaupals, awareness meetings, school programmes, health camps, sports initiatives and other community activities.
• Mobilise community participation in DVF programmes.
DVF ASHA Programme
• Identify, orient, train and mentor DVF ASHAs (Access, Support & Health Ambassadors).
• Coordinate and support DVF ASHA activities across communities.
• Maintain regular communication, documentation and reporting of field activities.
Programme Implementation
• Coordinate programmes on preventive health, healthy lifestyles, nutrition, adolescent and women's health, mental well-being, child/adult vaccination and other public health priorities.
• Organise school awareness programmes, youth engagement activities and sports tournaments.
• Conduct awareness programmes on prevention of anabolic steroid and performance-enhancing substance misuse and steroid misuse by local practitioners.
• Coordinate workshops and engagement activities with informal community healthcare providers and other community stakeholders.
• Identify vulnerable individuals and families and facilitate appropriate health and social support.
• Assist in programme planning, monitoring, reporting and documentation.
Front Desk & Office Coordination
• Welcome visitors and coordinate appointments.
• Manage visitor registration and enquiries.
• Maintain digital records and databases.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, communication material and social media content.
• Support routine office administration and coordination.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in community outreach, teaching, education, social work, public health, NGO programmes, counselling, administration or a related field.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office, email, internet and smartphone applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi. Working knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits within Manesar, Gurugram and neighbouring communities.

Desirable Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in community mobilisation, teaching or school engagement, NGO or CSR programmes, public health or health promotion, volunteer management, event coordination, report writing and digital documentation.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organised, proactive and committed to ethical community service. The successful candidate should be equally comfortable interacting with community members in the field and professionals in schools, industries and partner organisations.
