Sristy For Human Society invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Project Manager for its Bridge Population Targeted Intervention (TI) Project, implemented under the West Bengal State AIDS Prevention & Control Society (WBSAP&CS) in Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling districts.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, supervision and management of the TI project. The position will ensure effective field-level implementation, coordination with project staff and Peer Educators, monitoring of project performance, stakeholder engagement, timely reporting, documentation and compliance with NACO/WBSAP&CS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall planning and management of project activities.
Supervision and coordination of project staff and field-level outreach activities.
Ensuring effective implementation of hotspot-wise micro-plans and outreach strategies.
Monitoring project targets, service uptake and performance indicators.
Coordination with Counsellor, M&E cum Accounts Officer, Outreach Workers and other project personnel.
Coordination with government health facilities, WBSAP&CS, local stakeholders and other relevant agencies.
Ensuring timely submission of programme, financial and monitoring reports.
Maintaining proper project documentation, records and compliance.
Supporting capacity building, review meetings and field-level supervision.
Ensuring implementation of the project in accordance with NACO and WBSAP&CS guidelines.
Perform any other official duties or responsibilities assigned by the organization from time to time, as required for the effective functioning and implementation of the project.

Eligibility / Qualification:

MSW / Master's Degree in Sociology / Master's Degree in any discipline of Social Sciences.
Prior work experience in the HIV/AIDS domain will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in community-based/public health programmes and project management will be given preference.
