Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall coordination, planning, supervision and monitoring of the monthly nutritional food basket distribution programme covering 11 Blocks and approximately 235 Sub-Centres of Rayagada District.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collecting and consolidating Block/Sub-Centre-wise beneficiary line lists from concerned STSs/NTEP personnel.
• Preparing monthly Block/Sub-Centre-wise distribution plans and allocating required food baskets.
• Coordinating with DTC/PPM/DPC/STSs/Medical Officers/CHOs/ANMs/ASHAs and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating and supervising the two warehouses and distribution teams.
• Monitoring food basket receipt, packing, storage, dispatch and distribution.
• Preparing distribution schedules, route plans and communicating them to concerned stakeholders.
• Maintaining and reviewing central stock, issue and distribution records.
• Collecting and verifying beneficiary acknowledgement sheets, challans, vehicle records, photographs and other supporting documents.
• Conducting periodic field visits to Blocks/Sub-Centres for monitoring and supervision.
• Ensuring timely submission of bills, vouchers, MIS and monthly progress reports.
• Preparing consolidated monthly reports and reporting to the Project Director.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, community health, TB/HIV programmes, NGO/CSR projects, logistics or social-sector programmes.
• Experience in TB/NTEP, nutrition support, community-based distribution or health programme implementation will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and report preparation.
• Good communication and coordination skills in Odia and English; knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Rayagada District.

Tenure
The position will be contractual and project-based, initially for __________ months, subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project.
Remuneration
Rs. 15,000/-per month, consolidated, as per KNP+ project norms and budget availability.
Age
Preferably up to 45 years; relaxation may be considered for candidates with relevant experience.

Preference: Candidates having prior experience in NTEP/TB, HIV/AIDS, nutrition support, community health, NGO/CSR programme implementation and logistics management will be given preference.
