The CSW (Community Social Worker) will be responsible for implementing activities at the community level, with a focus on the prevention of child marriage and child trafficking, case management, community mobilization, and access to legal and rehabilitation support.
The role will involve identifying and following up on vulnerable children and protection cases, maintaining case records and documentation, preparing reports and case studies, conducting awareness activities, and facilitating referrals to appropriate services. The Social Worker will also coordinate closely with Child Protection Units, Police, BDO, Panchayat representatives, schools, ICDS, ASHA/ANM workers, and other government and community stakeholders.
The position requires regular field visits, strong community engagement and communication skills, knowledge of child protection mechanisms, and a commitment to child rights, safeguarding, gender equality, and the protection of vulnerable children.

ANNUAL CTC ? 1,68,000 (including all benefits) | Kindly note: Local Residence Preference will be given to candidates residing in Howrah District.
