* Provide basic nursing and first-aid care to residents, including persons with physical/mental disabilities, orphans and other vulnerable individuals.
* Administer medicines as prescribed and maintain medication records.
* Monitor residents’ health, hygiene, nutrition and general well-being.
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and other activities of daily living, wherever required.
* Identify and promptly report illness, injury, behavioural changes or medical emergencies.
* Accompany residents to hospitals, doctors and medical appointments when required.
* Maintain health records, medical files and daily care registers.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of residents and their immediate living environment.
* Provide basic emotional support, supervision and compassionate care to residents.
* Assist in maintaining a safe, disciplined and supportive residential environment.
* Coordinate with the Centre In-charge, doctors, caregivers and other staff regarding residents’ care.
* Perform other care-related duties assigned by the management.
