Shikhar Yuva Manch (SYM) invites applications from experienced development professionals for the position of *Project Manager* for its upcoming *Urban Water Management & Slum Water Project*.

* *Location:* Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
* *Project Start:* September 2026
* *Project Duration:* 5 Years
* *Experience Required:* Minimum 5 Years

### Qualification

Master’s Degree in *Social Work / Rural Management / Environmental Science / Civil Engineering / Water Resources / Public Health / Development Studies* or a related field.
Additional certification in Project Management will be an advantage.

### ? Key Requirements

Candidates should have experience in development project management, preferably in *Urban Water Management, WASH, Water Supply, Sanitation, Slum Development or related programmes*. Strong skills in project planning, team management, stakeholder coordination, community mobilisation, monitoring, reporting and documentation are required.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead implementation of the Urban Water Management & Slum Water Project
* Coordinate with Municipal Corporation, Government Departments, CSR partners and communities
* Ensure timely achievement of project targets and deliverables
* Supervise and guide field teams
* Prepare work plans, progress reports, documentation and presentations
* Monitor project quality, budget utilisation and compliance
* Develop partnerships and strengthen community participation
