Job Description – Mobilizer

Employment type :Full time

Reporting to :Centre Cum Placement In charge/Project Incharge

Location/Language :Latur, Pune and Alibaug (Local Language is must)

Role and Responsibilities
• Adhering to the Batch calendar and ensuring all mobilization defined parameters and scheduled timelines, comprising of the following:
1. Ensure that the Code of Conduct is duly administered and adhered to
2. Ensure maintenance of daily enquiry, leads are maintained in the predefined MIS
3. Ensure data management & documentation, maintenance of batch files with data confidentiality
4. Counselling of the students, managing the data entry on the Govt./Inhouse portal
5. Ensure timely reports related to mobilization of the students and any other required communication
6. Ensuring the upkeep, repair & maintenance, cleanliness & hygiene at the Centre
7. Enrollment of the students in the biomatrix, compilation of daily students and sharing the required format

• Sourcing of trainees for each batch well in advance with adequate applications in the pipeline for at least one additional batch. This will comprise of the following:
1. Conduct sourcing activities by exploring all sourcing channels like catchment areas, educational institutions, employment exchanges, Canopy, Door to Door, etc.
2. Documentation of sourcing activities including filling in of application forms and other required pre training activities
3. Ensuring all the branding & communication collaterals are intact & available at any point in time at the centre
• Any other duty assigned from time to time by Centre Head

Education and Experience:
• Graduate in any stream is preferable
• 2 - 3 years of relevant field experience.
