Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support employment and livelihood programmes for autistic individuals
- Identify potential employers and initiate partnerships with corporates, small businesses and other organisations
- Build and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with employers and employment partners
- Identify suitable employment opportunities based on the strengths, interests and abilities of autistic individuals
- Coordinate with employers and internal teams to facilitate appropriate workplace support and successful employment
- Identify vocational centre requirements, source materials and coordinate procurement
- Maintain accurate programme, trainee and employer records and documentation
- Develop, review and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate effectively with trainees, interns, families, colleagues and external partners

- Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- A rights-based perspective and a genuine belief in the dignity, abilities and potential of every individual
- Confidence and initiative in approaching and engaging with corporates, small businesses and other potential employers
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent coordination, organisation and documentation skills
- An energetic, proactive and systematic approach to work
- Responsible, dependable and willing to learn and grow professionally
- An understanding of disability inclusion and rights-based approaches

Experience working with persons with disabilities, employer engagement, placement coordination or livelihood programmes will be an advantage.
