Citizens Foundation is looking for a proactive and reliable Account Support Staff to support day-to-day accounting, banking, inventory reconciliation, documentation, and field-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Record and maintain voucher entries, including payment, receipt, journal, and purchase vouchers.
* Handle day-to-day voucher entries, accurately in Tally/accounting software.
* Record and maintain accounting data .
* Handle purchase entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
* Conduct inventory/stock verification and reconciliation regularly.
* Maintain proper physical and digital documentation and filing.
* Assist with routine accounts, bank work related activities.
* Undertake bank visits, field visits, document submission, and other assigned field work.
* Approximately 80% of the role involves field/bank-related work, so candidates should be comfortable with regular travel within Ranchi or as required.

Eligibility & Skills:-

* B.Com degree (must have)
* Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (needed for travel)
* Know how to use MS Excel and MS Office
* Know Tally ERP or similar software (nice to have, not required)
* Basic knowledge of accounting and paperwork
* must have basic working knowledge
