Poshan Mindcare partners with schools to deliver structured, evidence-informed mental health programmes across prevention, early intervention and high-risk support. We recruit, train, supervise and support mental health professionals working inside schools — helping students, teachers and parents build emotionally safe, inclusive learning environments.

Whole-school work
• Classroom sessions on life skills, wellbeing and mental health literacy
• Run parent awareness sessions
• Facilitate teacher capacity-building workshops

Clinical practice
• Individual counselling with students
• Small-group therapeutic interventions
• Risk assessment, safety planning and crisis support

Beyond the classroom
• Support families via our out-of-school consultation & referral service
• Coordinate onward referrals with specialists
• Collaborate with school leadership; maintain records

What we are looking for:

We particularly welcome applications from clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatric social workers who want to build depth in child and adolescent mental health.
• M.Phil. Clinical Psychology (RCI) OR M.Phil. Psychiatric Social Work OR M.A./M.Sc. Clinical or Counselling Psychology
• Strong communication, rapport-building and documentation skills
• Interest in autism, ADHD, learning differences and behavioural work
• Comfortable working with students, parents and school staff alike
• Intermediate proficiency in English is essential

Fresh graduates with strong academic training and a genuine interest in child and adolescent mental health are encouraged to apply. Prior school counselling experience is welcome but not essential.
