About the Role:
Sakshi NGO is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of NGO projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and field operations.
• Liaise with beneficiaries, schools, community members, partners, and team members.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct field visits and monitor project progress.
• Support data collection, beneficiary tracking, and impact reporting.
• Assist with events, meetings, and donor-related requirements.
Requirements:
• Master/Graduate in any discipline; experience in the development/NGO sector preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Passion for social development and community work.
Salary: 35-40K Per month

Community Mobilizer – Sakshi NGO
Location: South, South East & East Delhi

About the Role:
Sakshi NGO is looking for a passionate Community Mobilizer to work closely with communities, beneficiaries, schools, and local stakeholders to support the implementation of our social development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize and engage community members and beneficiaries.
• Conduct regular field visits and community meetings.
• Support awareness activities, events, and outreach programmes.
• Identify and maintain contact with beneficiaries and community stakeholders.
• Collect basic field data and maintain records.
• Coordinate with the project team and support project activities.
• Prepare simple field visit updates and reports.
Requirements:
• Graduate relevant NGO/community work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization or social work preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and travelling within Delhi.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Passion for working with communities and supporting social development.
Salary: 22-27K Per month
