Bright Orange Foundation is a not for profit organisation registered under Section 8 of Companies Act 2013.
Bright Orange Foundation has the vision to enable children and women from marginalised communities to realise their full potential.
To achieve this objective, Bright Orange Foundation is running 10 Education Resource Centres (ERC) in different slums in Gurgaon. These ERCs or informal schools are named Dream Big Vidya Kendras.
We provide education as per Foundational Literacy Norms, and as per Haryana State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) to out of school children. We prepare the children to go to school. And once in school these children are provided after school support. We provide after school support to all the school going children in the community as well.
we are looking for Teachers

Job Description-
1. Impart age and knowledge wise education to children as per the curriculum
2. Impart education in interactive, participatory way and ensure retention
3. Reach out in the community to bring students to class.
4. Motivate and mobilize working and rag picking children from the community to study
5. Prepare children for school admissions
6. Liaison with local schools to get the children admitted in the school
7. Maintain data and documents related to children
8. Teach children for after school support as decided by the organization
Desired qualities
1. Ability to connect with the children
2. Creative and innovative
3. Flexible in approach

Qualifications- B. Ed. or JBT- Relevant experience in a reputed organisation of 7 years or more may also be considered
Experience- more than 2 years of experience as Teacher a reputed organisation or NGO

Salary
1,44,000 –2,40,000 LPA (Depends on qualification and experience)

Locations: Sector 56, Sector 61, Sector 111, Sector 57, Wazirabad, Badshahpur, Sector 79, Gurugram Haryana
