We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Visual Content Creator who can handle video shooting, video editing, and content creation using Artificial Intelligence. The candidate will be responsible for all our NGO’s programmes, field activities, events, campaigns, impact stories, and delivering such content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Shooting
Shoot videos for NGO programmes, field activities, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
Shoot interviews, beneficiary stories, testimonials, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
Travel to field locations for video shoots.
2. Video Editing
Create and edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Add subtitles, captions, music, voiceovers, transitions, graphics, and sound effects.
Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation.
3. AI-Powered Content Creation
Use AI tools to create innovative content for effective display of the NGO's activities
Explore and use emerging AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of existing content.

Required Qualifications
A degree/diploma in Video making and editing, Film making and editing, VFX, Animation, Content creation, Multimedia, Digital Media. Preference will be given for having multiple capabilities listed.

Experience
1. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in the capabilities mentioned under qualification.
2. Experience with an NGO, social-impact organisation, development sector, or community-based organisation will be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
Rs. 35000 pm -45000- pm depending on experience and skill set.

1. The ideal candidate should be a visual storyteller who can imagine and ensure outcomes are creative
2. Ensure AI-generated or AI-enhanced content is appropriate, accurate, ethical, and aligned with the NGO’s communication guidelines.
3. Ability to cut footage to create a natural flow and rhythm of a scene
4. Knowing how to clean up dialogue, balance audio levels, add sound effects, and background music.
5. Understanding colour theory, contrast, exposure adjustments, and establishing a consistent visual tone.
6. Understanding manual camera control sensor sizes.
7. Knowing how to work with natural light and set up artificial lighting
Skill in recording clean sound on location.
