REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Graduation; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Gender: Male.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the Berhampur/Ganjam market preferred.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for market visits.
Freshers/Experience in FMCG, sales, marketing, or consumer products would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to increase product sales and achieve targets.
Identify new retailers, distributors, institutional, and bulk buyers.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
Conduct regular market visits in Berhampur and nearby areas.
Promote products through markets, exhibitions, fairs, and digital platforms.
Maintain sales records and submit regular sales reports.
Coordinate with the production team for timely order fulfillment.
