Job Summary:
The District Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting program implementation of activities at the grassroots level this includes monitor and document filed level activities regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
• The District Coordinator will be responsible for establishing the project in Khairthal district.
• They will oversee the implementation of activities at the grassroots level, monitor, and document these activities regularly.
• Identifying new villages relevant to the project.
• Conducting surveys with the field team in the identified villages of Khairthal-Tijara district.
• Selecting and assigning community/village mobilizers to implement ground-level activities.
• Regularly monitoring the project at the grassroots level and sharing reports.
• Meeting with district officials and coordinating with them regarding government schemes.
• Representing the organization in various forums of stakeholders at the district level.
• Planning and organizing trainings/meetings.
• Coordinating and managing the field team.
• Organizing meetings with district higher authorities to share and update the project's progress.
• Establishing a local office at the district level.
• Maintaining close coordination with village/community mobilizers, the state, and national teams.
• Documenting and writing reports on a regular basis.
• Sharing success stories from the field regularly.
• Monitoring the project's key indicators and sharing reports accordingly.
• Exploring other villages and sharing the list with the state/national team.
• Identifying other opportunities at the district level for the community.
• Undertaking routine administrative tasks, including travel and logistics, vendor management, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the NGO or development sector.

Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of computer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Type of Contract: Fixed-term annual contract, renewable based on performance.
