Field Supervisor

We're Hiring | Field Supervisor - SEWA Bharat
SEWA Bharat is looking for a committed and motivated Field Supervisor to join our team in Lalgola, Murshidabad, West Bengal.
This role is an opportunity for someone passionate about community mobilization, women's empowerment, and grassroots development to work closely with women in the informal sector and contribute to meaningful community-led change.

* Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with women in the informal sector
* Conduct regular field visits and support community mobilization
* Encourage participation in programme activities
* Mentor community members and support emerging community leaders
* Monitor and document field activities and programme progress
* Prepare regular reports and coordinate with the programme team

We are looking for someone who is proactive and has strong communication, community engagement, fieldwork, and team coordination skills, along with a genuine commitment to empowering women and strengthening grassroots communities.
* Qualification: Minimum Graduate
* Experience: 4-5 years of relevant field experience
* Salary: 30,000-35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
* Location: Lalgola, Murshidabad, West Bengal
