WALK-IN INTERVIEW
CASD is supporting various NGOs and development organizations in the implementation of organizational development and change management programmes. Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for the following positions in an NGO/Development Organization:
1. Fundraising Officer – Full-Time (01 Post)
Qualification: Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates with MSW, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Social Work, or related qualifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in NGOs, development organizations, fundraising, donor management, networking, or related sectors.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Odia (spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate with donors, stakeholders, institutions, and communities.
• Knowledge of proposal writing, report preparation, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Good networking, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and organizational activities.
Preference: Female candidates will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.
2. Part-Time Accountant – (01 Post)
Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent). Additional qualifications in Accounts or Finance will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
• Practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is essential.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, voucher entry, cash book, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain financial records and prepare accounts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience in NGO/project accounts, audits, and financial documentation will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and suitability.
