About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Mobilizer Cum Trainer to support the Dhan Samvaad Project. The role involves community mobilization, conducting financial and digital literacy awareness sessions, and coordinating with local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Mobilize community members and beneficiaries for training sessions.
• Conduct awareness and Financial & Digital Literacy sessions.
• Coordinate with community leaders, NGOs, societies, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure daily training and beneficiary targets are achieved.
• Maintain attendance, beneficiary data, and daily activity reports.
• Upload and update project data on the MIS platform.
• Travel across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, and Navi Mumbai for field activities.

Eligibility
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in mobilization, training, sales, community development, CSR, or NGO projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel regularly.

What We Offer
20,000 per month Salary + Travelling Allowance
