Dear All,

Abhivyakti foundation has been implementing a Targeted Intervention Program for Men having sex with men(MSM) in Burari of North Delhi supported by Delhi State Aids Control Society (DSACS).

We have the following Vacancy:

Position: Outreach worker-1 (Male or MSM/TG community )

Area - Burari, North Delhi

Essential Qualification:

At least 8th standard or above qualification.

Desirable Experience:

Experience of working as community worker/ peer educator and/or understanding of issues concerning .
Candidates belonging to the High Risk Group (HRG) community, so far as HIV/AIDS is concerned, will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
In charge of project outreach and supervision of Peer Educators, counseling, linkages etc.
Visit to assigned areas for conducting meetings, registration of KPs and delivery of programme services with the help of Peer Educators
Preparation of micro plans, monthly action plans etc.
Other activities as assigned by project manager and management

Salary: as per NACO prescribed guideline(10500 salary+1500 Travel )
