Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support and coordinate the implementation of the IeDA programme in Jharkhand. The role will work closely with the Project Lead, field team, government stakeholders, and the Tdh IeDA team to ensure effective programme implementation, field supervision, data analysis, capacity building, team coordination, and timely reporting.
Qualification & Experience:
• Degree in MBBS / Public Health / BDS / BAMS with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Rural Health in a technical/leadership role.
• Good communication, planning, coordination, IT, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of the health administration setup in Jharkhand will be preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of maternal and child health programmes and policies in India will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Digital Health ecosystems will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth implementation of the IeDA project interventions during the project period.
• Act as the focal point and link between Field Coordinators and the Tdh IeDA team.
• Plan and coordinate field activities, meetings, and data collection for baseline and end-line surveys.
• Facilitate District and Block-level meetings and ensure proper documentation and proceedings.
• Facilitate supportive supervision and share reports for quality improvement and decision-making.
• Coordinate with the Health Department for effective implementation of project interventions.
• Analyse IeDA indicators and share findings with block and district officials.
• Support categorization of ANMs and quality assessments, and ensure health centre evaluations.
• Support planning and rollout of training programmes in coordination with government officials.
• Coordinate with team members, provide handholding support to new team members, and plan field visits.
• Facilitate community meetings with local stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly project, progress, and financial reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate field visits by delegates and document case studies, good practices, and testimonials.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Rural Health in a technical/leadership role.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualification, plus applicable communication and travel allowances.
