About the Organization
PHD Rural Development Foundation (PHDRDF) is a trust established in 1981 under the aegis of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. Its objective is to act as a catalyst in enabling the resource-poor to achieve self-reliance and improve their quality of life through integrated socio-economic development. We are actively engaged in healthcare initiatives, integrated school and village development programs, water conservation, training and skill development, and other need-based community development activities. As part of its CSR initiatives, PHDRDF operates with the support of various corporates, PSUs, and international organizations.
About the Proposal
Reputed, well-established, and experienced vendors are invited to undertake the construction of check dams in the Alwar and Jaipur districts of Rajasthan.
This tender consists of two parts: a technical bid and a price bid.
Only those firms that qualify in the technical bid will be considered for the price bid. The price bid must be submitted subsequently in a separate sealed envelope, based on the scope of work that will be shared with the successful technical bidders.
Accordingly, experienced vendors are invited to submit their technical bids as follows. The technical bid must include the relevant documents listed below (item numbers (i) to (xi)):
Technical criteria to be met by the bidder:
a. The vendor must possess relevant work experience of the past 2 years.
b. The vendor must have experience in the successful execution of at least one similar project or a work order valued at a minimum of Rs. 25.0 lakh within the last 2 years.
The bidder is required to submit the following documents:
i. Company profile / List of projects completed in the last 3 years
ii. GST certificate
iii. PAN card
iv. Aadhaar card
v. Certified balance sheet / Turnover details
vi. MSME registration certificate (in case of non-registration, please provide a declaration)
vii. PF registration (in case of non-registration, please provide a declaration)
