Executive/Senior Executive- Supply Chain Management Procurement
Location - Hyderabad
1. JOB OVERVIEW, JOB BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
The Executive/Senior Executive - SCM Procurement plays a crucial role in :
• Tracking and maintaining records of all IT assets received under the project.
• Coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and field staff regarding procurement and asset deployment.
• Supporting purchase order creation, follow-up, and documentation.
• Monitoring movement, allocation, and reconciliation of project assets.
• Assisting in procurement-related activities and compliance requirements.
Providing operational support for project materials falling under the procurement and administration function
2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Collaborate with District team and Central Processing team to compile and analyse inventory and asset data, preparing regular reports. Submit these reports to the Manager Finance on a consistent basis.
• Ensure that procurements planning and documentation comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Uphold transparency and integrity in all transactions.
• Collaborate closely with State / District Team to align assets allocations, asset transfers tracking, reallocations processes including Vendor’s Bills, etc. related to Across pan India of STOP TB project.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved in financial, operations, and procurements processes.
• Coordinate with District and State team for ensuring timely Quarterly Audit/ Review and ensure maintenance of records at PMU
• Maintain a master data of assets and reallocations, collection of undertakings. Procurement completion as per the operations timelines and execution of PR to PO process.
Implementation and follow the procurement policy and process in true spirit and transparency.

• Good Interpersonal & communication skills
• Good analytical, spreadsheet and accounting software skills
• Knowledge of procurement, materials and medical and IT hardware items software package SAP/ ERP/Oracle preferred references.

C. Experience
• Graduation or Under-Graduation degree in commerce or equivalent disciplines
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of Procurements and logistic, and asset monitoring.
• Proficient in the use of ERP software like TALLY, MS Excel, Oracle with the ability to derive actionable CS and inventory statements, data entry in ERP modules applications.
• Fair understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements. Transportations services, record keeping etc..
