NIPUN works across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab through integrated programmes in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), nutrition, health, child protection, education and livelihoods.
About the Project
NIPUN’s Creche Initiative aims to establish and operate community-based creches in Loni, Ghaziabad. The project will serve children from migrant and economically vulnerable families through responsive caregiving, age-appropriate nutrition, growth monitoring, immunisation linkages, early stimulation, child safety and protection, and parental engagement. The initiative also seeks to enable mothers to pursue dignified livelihoods and help older siblings, particularly girls, remain in school.

1. Program Manager
NIPUN is looking for a Program Manager to lead its Community Creche Initiative in Loni, Ghaziabad. The position will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, supervision and quality management of the creche programme serving children from migrant and economically vulnerable families.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Social Work; 5+ years of experience in Health/ECCE/Nutrition/community-based programmes, including 2+ years of team management experience. Candidates should have good knowledge of MS Office, strong programme management and communication skills, and proficiency in the Hindi and English.

2. Logistics Coordinator
NIPUN is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient management of logistics, supplies, vendors and office-related requirements for its Community Creche Initiative in Loni, Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement, supplies, inventory and day-to-day logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain records of logistics, assets and supplies.
• Ensure timely availability of materials across project locations.
• Support the programme team in administrative and logistical coordination.
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with basic knowledge of MS Office, preferably with around 3 years of experience in logistics, vendor management or office administration. Candidates from the same block/district will be preferred.

3. MIS Coordinator
NIPUN is looking for an MIS Coordinator to manage programme data, reporting and information systems for its Community Creche Initiative covering community-based creches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain and update programme MIS and databases.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry and reporting.
• Generate regular programme reports and support data analysis.
• Monitor data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Support the programme team in using data for monitoring and decision-making.
Eligibility: Graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or Engineering, with working knowledge of software applications including MS Excel and around 3 years of experience in MIS/data management. Basic understanding of data management and analytics is essential.

4. Creche Supervisor
NIPUN is looking for a Creche Supervisor to supervise and support the day-to-day functioning and quality of community-based creches under its Community Creche Initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly visit and supervise assigned creches and caregivers.
• Ensure quality childcare, responsive caregiving and age-appropriate activities.
• Monitor children's attendance, health, nutrition and overall well-being.
• Support caregivers through regular guidance and handholding.
• Coordinate with parents, community members and programme staff.
• Identify challenges and ensure timely reporting and follow-up.
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in community-based interventions. Candidates from the same geography i.e., from Loni, Ghaziabad will be preferred.

5. Accountant
NIPUN is looking for an Accountant to support the financial and accounting functions of its Community Creche Initiative in Loni, Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle vouchers, bills, payments and routine accounting documentation.
• Support budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain project-wise financial records and documentation.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or a related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial documentation, preferably in the NGO sector. Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel will be preferred.
