About the upcoming project
In partnership with the Government of Maharashtra, we are working on a large-scale capacity-building initiative aimed at nurturing the Karmayogi spirit among frontline government functionaries across the State. The vision is to strengthen citizen-centric governance by enabling those who interact with citizens every day to serve with greater ownership, empathy, effectiveness, and purpose.
This intervention was pilot tested in two districts, Dharashiv and Solapur in 2023-2024 covering ~4,200 frontline Govt. functionaries and is now ready to scale across the State.
To help drive this mission, we are looking for District Enablers across all divisions/ multiple districts to be part of our Field Deployment Team. The role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with Government stakeholders to create real impact for the citizens of Maharashtra, especially for improved village-level governance.
