Monitoring, Evaluation, Policy, Research

Graduate degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, data management, monitoring & evaluation, or development projects.
Good working knowledge of:
MS Excel – advanced level
Google Sheets / Forms
Data cleaning and validation
Database management
Data analysis and reporting
Experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, government programs, rural development, or livelihood projects is desirable.
Good knowledge of reporting and documentation related to agricultural field activities
Ability to work closely with farmers, community institutions, and field teams

Preferred / Added Advantage

PG Diploma/Master's in Development Management, Rural Management, M&E, Data Analytics, MIS or Social Work.
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
Knowledge of KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, or similar digital data-collection platforms.
Experience developing dashboards and automated reports.
Understanding of logical framework, indicators, outputs, outcomes, and project monitoring systems.
Experience handling large beneficiary databases and geo-tagged/project-level data.
