Key Responsibilities
* Research healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities.
* Analyse competitors' services, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
* Support market sizing, customer segmentation, and business opportunity assessments.
* Assist with surveys and customer interviews, analyse findings, and recommend next steps.
* Identify potential customers, business partners, and relevant industry stakeholders.
* Prepare research reports, presentations, and concise decision briefs for the Management.
* Provide background research for the Management's meetings and track relevant follow-up actions.
* Coordinate with internal teams on CEO-led research and business initiatives.
* Maintain accurate research records and handle confidential information responsibly.

Candidate Profile
* Preferred: MBA graduate specializing in Marketing, with coursework in Market Research.
* Strong understanding of research methods, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy.
* Ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical business recommendations.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
* Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
* Interest in healthcare and business growth.
