About the Role
The Project Associate will support the Project Manager in the day-to-day implementation and coordination of project activities. The role involves coordinating with field teams and stakeholders, maintaining project documentation and MIS, tracking activities, and providing regular updates to the reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Project Manager in planning and implementing day-to-day project activities
• Coordinate with field teams, trainers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders for project-related activities
• Track daily activities, attendance, targets, and project progress
• Conduct field visits as required to support project implementation
• Maintain project records, MIS, attendance sheets, photographs, and other documentation
• Prepare daily and periodic activity updates and share them with the reporting manager
• Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community activities
• Follow up with field teams to collect required data and updates within timelines
• Identify field-level issues and report them to the Project Manager for further action
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation
• Ensure project activities and documentation are maintained as per organizational processes
• Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related role
• Basic experience in documentation, reporting, or data management will be an advantage

Required Skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet timelines
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to coordinate with field teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby project locations
