About the Assignment
MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC), with support from Oracle, is implementing STEM education interventions aimed at promoting experiential, inquiry-based and technology-enabled learning among students. The assignment requires trained field personnel to collect, verify and document project-related data from schools and other identified project locations.

Purpose
To engage Data Collection Enumerators who can support timely, accurate and reliable collection of quantitative and qualitative information related to STEM education activities, school-level implementation, participation and project outcomes.
Scope of Work
- Visit assigned government school’s/project locations in Noida, Gurugram and Mirzapur as per the approved field plan.
- Collect data using project-approved questionnaires, checklists, digital forms or other data-collection tools.
- Conduct interviews/discussions with relevant respondents such as teachers, school staff, students and other project stakeholders, as instructed.
- Record school-level information related to STEM education activities, participation, infrastructure, use of STEM resources and implementation progress, as applicable to the approved tools.
- Verify collected information for completeness, consistency and accuracy before submission.
- Capture photographs or supporting documentation only where specifically authorized under the project protocol and with due regard to consent and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain daily field records and submit completed forms/data within the timelines communicated by the project team.
- Report data-quality issues, respondent concerns, school-level challenges or deviations from the field plan to the assigned supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of all project information, respondent information and collected data.
- Perform other reasonable field data-collection and documentation activities directly related to the assignment.
Expected Deliverables
- Completed and quality-checked data-collection forms for all assigned schools/respondents.
- Daily/periodic field progress updates as required by the project team.
- Verified supporting documentation and field notes, where applicable.
- Submission of all assigned data and records within the agreed one-month assignment period.
- Final field completion report/summary as per the format provided by the project team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. Graduates are also eligible and may be preferred.
- Minimum age: 18 years as on the date of engagement.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with school personnel, teachers and students.
- Basic ability to use smartphones/tablets/computers and digital data-collection applications.
- Ability to read and write Hindi; working knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel to assigned schools within the designated project locations.
- Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, education projects, school visits, research or community-based work will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be available for the full one-month engagement period.

Duration and Place of Engagement
The engagement will be for one month. Enumerators may be deployed across Noida, Gurugram and Mirzapur based on project requirements. Exact school allocation, field schedule and reporting arrangements will be communicated by the project team.
Selection Process
- Screening of applications against the eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisting based on qualification, relevant experience, communication skills and availability.
- Interview/interaction and, where required, a short practical/data-collection assessment.
- Final selection and engagement subject to project requirements and satisfactory verification of submitted information.

Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is temporary and limited to the specified one-month assignment unless extended in writing.
