We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and empathetic Fundraiser Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will connect with compassionate individuals to raise vital support for our child rights and women's empowerment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor Outreach: Make outbound calls to individual supporters, donors, and potential contributors.
- Cause Advocacy: Educate donors about our ground-level work protecting children's rights and empowering women across communities.
- Fundraising Goals: Engage donors in meaningful conversations to secure financial contributions, sponsorships, or recurring monthly donations.
- Database Management: Accurately record donor details, feedback, call outcomes, and commitments in the CRM.
- Relationship Building: Maintain warm contact with existing donors by sharing impact stories and updates from our programs.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in [English / Local Languages].
- Empathy & Persuasion: Ability to connect with people emotionally, articulate social impact, handle objections gracefully, and inspire action.
- Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, customer service, or fundraising is an advantage (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
