Call for Proposals from Companies/Agencies for Providing STEM, Robotics and AI Kits to 40 Government Schools of Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC) invites proposals from eligible companies/agencies for the supply and provision of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) kits to 40 selected Government Schools located in Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The list of required kits and specifications is provided as an Annexure to this RFP.

About MAMTA HIMC
MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC) is a national-level development organization with over three decades of experience in education, health, nutrition, WASH, adolescent development, child protection, and community development.
MAMTA HIMC works in partnership with government departments, development agencies, corporate foundations and international organizations across multiple states in India.
To provide and equip 40 selected Government Schools of Noida and Greater Noida with appropriate STEM, Robotics and AI kits, learning materials and related resources as specified in the attached Annexure, to promote experiential, inquiry-based and technology-enabled STEM learning among students.
- Provide STEM, Robotics and AI kits to 40 identified Government Schools.
- Promote innovation, scientific temper, creativity and problem-solving skills among students.
- Strengthen opportunities for experiential and hands-on learning through appropriate STEM, Robotics and AI resources.
- Enable students and teachers to engage with coding, robotics, artificial intelligence and engineering concepts.
- Improve access to quality STEM learning resources in Government Schools.
- Support schools in developing student projects, models and participating in innovation and STEM competitions.
The selected agency/company shall be responsible for:
Infrastructure Setup
- Review of the Annexure and confirmation of compliance with the required kit specifications.
- Supply and delivery of STEM, Robotics and AI kits to the identified 40 Government Schools.
- Packing, transportation, unloading and safe delivery of all kits and related materials at designated schools.
- Provision of product documentation, user manuals and warranty/guarantee documents, wherever applicable.
STEM, Robotics and AI Kit Supply (As per attached Annexure)
Supply of STEM, Robotics and AI kits and learning materials as detailed in the attached Annexure, including:
- STEM learning kits and models
- Electronics and coding kits
- Robotics kits and components
- Artificial Intelligence and computer-vision learning kits/modules
- Engineering and design/prototyping kits
- Mathematics and problem-solving learning aids, wherever specified in the Annexure
- Accessories, components and learning materials specified in the Annexure
- Safety and supporting materials, wherever specified in the Annexure
- Provide product demonstrations/orientation for designated school staff, where required.
- Provide user manuals, technical specifications and operational guidelines for the supplied kits.
- Provide necessary guidance for safe and appropriate use of the supplied equipment.
- Provide warranty/guarantee support as specified in the technical proposal and applicable product terms.
- Replacement/repair of defective or damaged items during the applicable warranty period, subject to warranty conditions.
- Provide reasonable post-supply technical support for the supplied kits during the applicable support/warranty period.
- Delivery challans and school-wise supply documentation.
- Photographic documentation of delivery, where required by MAMTA HIMC.
- School-wise asset/kit inventory and acknowledgement of receipt.
- Warranty/guarantee certificates and completion/supply documentation.
- Methodology
The agency shall adopt the following approach:
- Review of the Annexure and technical requirements.
- Submission of technical and financial proposal with detailed item-wise cost breakup.
- Procurement, packing and logistics planning.
- Delivery of kits to the identified 40 Government Schools.
- Verification of supplied items against the approved specifications and quantities.
- Submission of final delivery and completion documentation.
The selected agency shall deliver:
- STEM, Robotics and AI kits supplied to all 40 identified Government Schools as per the approved Annexure.
- School-wise delivery and supply documentation.
- Product demonstration/orientation documentation, where applicable.
- School-wise asset/kit inventory and acknowledgement of receipt.
- Photographic documentation, where required.
- Warranty/guarantee certificates.
- User manuals and technical documentation.
The applicant organization must:
- Be a registered company or for-profit organization.
- Have GST registration.
- Have at least three years of operational experience.
- Have prior experience in STEM, robotics, artificial intelligence, education technology, educational kits or laboratory/equipment supply projects.
- Demonstrate experience of supplying/implementing educational kits or equipment in schools, educational institutions or government projects.
- Preference shall be given to organizations having experience in Government school systems and demonstrated capability to supply similar STEM/Robotics/AI kits.
Interested agencies must submit:
- Cover Letter expressing interest.
- Company Profile.
- Technical Proposal with item-wise compliance against the attached Annexure.
- Financial Proposal with detailed item-wise cost breakup based on the attached Annexure.
- GST Registration Certificate.
- PAN Card.
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Experience Certificates and Work Orders/Completion Certificates.

Payment Terms
The payment schedule shall be finalized mutually with the selected agency and may broadly include:
- Advance payment against purchase order.
- Payment upon completion of installation.
- Final payment after acceptance and submission of all deliverables.
- Payments shall be released subject to satisfactory completion of supply/delivery milestones, acceptance of the supplied items and submission of invoices and supporting documents.
All information, reports, designs, photographs, videos and project-related materials developed under this assignment shall remain the sole property of MAMTA HIMC and shall not be used or disclosed without prior written approval.
MAMTA HIMC shall maintain confidentiality of all applications and proposals received during the selection process.
Similarly, applicant organizations shall maintain confidentiality regarding project information and documentation shared during the process.
