Job Responsibilities:
• Organizing and carrying out patient care and treatments as per medical prescriptions.
• Assisting doctors during consultations, daily rounds, and other medical procedures.
• Providing health education and guidance to patients whenever required.
• Monitoring and accurately recording patients’ vital signs.
• Understanding the importance and appropriate use of PPE kits and ensuring proper compliance.
• Ensuring patients are properly received, settled, and cared for, particularly those requiring assistance with feeding, personal hygiene, movement, and comfort.
• Sending medical materials for sterilization and collecting them after sterilization.
• Carrying out patient admission, monitoring, surveillance, and follow-up activities.
• Handling and supervising administrative procedures, participating in data collection, and keeping doctors and supervisors informed of relevant updates.
• Performing cleaning and minor maintenance of biomedical equipment as required.
• Following equipment user manuals and established protocols, and immediately reporting any malfunction to the supervisor.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable medical protocols and procedures.
• Maintaining infection prevention and control measures, including restricting unnecessary access of family members and patient attendants to the ward.
• Following all infection prevention and control guidelines to minimize the risk of disease transmission.
