Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Preferred Academic backgrounds includes a Masters of Public Health (MPH), Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Masters in Social Work OR Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development (PGDRD) from recognized university.

Certification
• Certification in community health / public health programs will be an added advantage

Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare training, community health programs, or skill development initiatives

• Hands-on experience in operating or supporting Mobile Medical Units (MMUs)
• Experience in implementing health awareness programs and outreach camps
• Prior experience with NGOs/CSR/government health projects preferred

Key Skills Required
• Efficient management and operation of Mobile Medical Units (MMUs).
• Basic healthcare knowledge and practical training skills.
• Module preparation and training delivery.
• Professional management skills to handle budgets, personnel and government reporting.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office and documentation, reporting, and basic MIS handling.
• Effective communication in Hindi and local language.
• Efficient in operational roles like fleet and logistics management, data verification and online monitoring, stakeholder coordination and community mobilization.
• Proficiency in Santali language is an immense advantage to ensure that the health education materials (IEC) materials and community outreach sessions should be delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee Mobile Medical Unit operations and outreach activities
• Conduct and manage health awareness campaigns and community engagement programs
• Deliver and supervise healthcare training sessions
• Develop training modules and ensure proper documentation/reporting
• Liaise with NGOs, local authorities, and healthcare institutions
