Position: Domain Specific Trainer/ Faculty (multiple vacancies):
For short-term skill courses in IT enabled Services/ Digital Marketing/ Sales & Marketing/ Logistics & Warehousing

Key Responsibilities:
Training Planning: curriculum, methodologies and approaches
Sector Skill Training Delivery: classroom and practical subject trainings
Employability Skills training: communication, teamwork, problem solving, digital literacy, workplace behaviour & ethics, interview skills and career planning
Trainee Management and Mentoring: individual learning progress, attendance and counselling
Assessment and Certification: student assessments, remedial training, external evaluation preparations and help in certification process
Industry Engagement: industry visits, guest lectures, workplace exposure
Placement Support: job readiness, employment opportunities, interview preparation, CV preparation, post-placement technical counselling
Training Centre Management: classroom readiness, training materials, use of IT equipment and trade specific tools
Documentation and MIS: attendance, training reports, lesson plans, training calendar, assessment records, Industry visit records, Trainee feedback

Academic Qualifications:
* Graduate/ Post graduate or professional Diploma in the relevant technical field.
* Recognized trainer certification where applicable.
* Relevant sector/industry certification.
* Additional training in Training of Trainers (ToT) desirable.

Work Experience
* Min 3 years of relevant industry experience, and/or
* Min 2 years of relevant training experience.
